369 Recordings are proud to present the first ever K9 release on vinyl format. The 7” single entitled “FR33” is a self produced Reggae track with a Hip Hop fusion from the South London veteren.

K9 is no newbie to the music scene, former member of the group Frenglish Connexion and also a collaborator with the Hip Hop Legend Blak Twang. From all over the U.K. to The Gambia in the Mother Land continent of Africa, K9 has tore down stages with his outstanding live performances.

This well seasoned artist is a breath of fresh air to 369 Recordings, “FR33” is a proclamation to having freedom from the capitalist corrupt system that we all live in. An uplifting track on a heavy dub riddim on an uptempo vibration.

“FWD 2 ROOTZ” on the flip side is another traditional Reggae soundscape created by K9 taking down the tempo just a notch but still displaying his quality in all factors. K9 makes reference to reconnecting with his roots whilst living in London. Fwd is a Jamaican/Rasta language interpretation of either 'to go' or 'to come'. In this instance it means 'to go'.

K is for knowledge of self and 9 represents balance, harmony and enlightenment.
